Our Engaged Search model is often reserved for filling higher-level jobs that require a sophisticated and intensive search strategy. A portion of the total fee is used as a down payment, so the full force of resources can be devoted to the singular goal of solidifying the right talent. The remaining payment is due upon successful completion of the search.
