Engaged Search
Our Engaged Search model is often reserved for filling higher-level jobs that require a sophisticated and intensive search strategy. A portion of the total fee is used as a down payment, so the full force of resources can be devoted to the singular goal of solidifying the right talent. The remaining payment is due upon successful completion of the search.
Direct Hire Search
Acting as an extension of our clients, we work closely to understand unique hiring requirements while leveraging our market knowledge, striving for the best sustainable resource. No fee is due until successful completion of the search.
Federal Bid and Proposal
Finding the proper Key Personnel for your bids is the difference between winning and losing. We lead an intense recruitment campaign, conduct compliance checks, obtain market intelligence, and manage the Letter of the Intent/Commitment process, allowing capture leaders to focus on the capture, not the recruitment.
